My friend and I are starting a landscaping business together. We need a contract to protect us both. I want to hire a legal contract writer because I do not trust random templates from the internet. We have specific rules about money and equipment. Can a writer customize a contract for our exact situation? I do not want to fight with my friend later. We are good friends now but business changes things. Has anyone done this for a small partnership?
